Initial training to become a Business Broker taught by seasoned leaders in the profession. Learn about the role, value, and ethics of the Business Broker in the process of finding sellers, finding qualified buyers, preparing listings, negotiations and closing sales.

You will become knowledgeable in the skill levels associated with the various business brokers associations, certifications, and specialties. Provides a review of the predominant brokerage industry sectors: Main Street Brokers, $10K to $1M, Middle Market Brokers, $200K – $10M and Mergers & Acquisitions, $5M – $100M. Includes an excellent 250 page book, a definitive 21st century guide to the practice of business brokerage in Texas.
