On April 22 we had to take my 99 years old mother-in-law to the hospital for shingles. She responded wel to the antiviral IV medications and on the 27th she was transferred to a rehab center. While her strength has returned and she is able to get around again on her own this has accelerated her dementia. So we will be looking at memory care facilities this week. We are trying to keep the appointments in the afternoons as much as possible.
