Web Host Support Update

I have worked with Tier 1 support to attempt to resolve the log in issue for the members area of the website. The issue has been escalated to Tier 2 support and they are supposed to contact me back within 24 hours once the issue is resolved or with details on how to resolve the issue. I apologize for the inconvenience.
